As a result of the move for the Bank Holiday next week from Monday to Friday, the Hawes surgery will be closed on Friday 8th May and prescriptions will be collected and distributed on Thursday 7th May. If you want to use this collection service, please get forms into Jackie Pope by noon on Wednesday 6th May.
